About Me

You work hard. You take pride in your craft. You show up for your clients every day. But behind the scenes, the paperwork piles up, the books fall behind, and the admin tasks never stop.

That’s where I come in.

I’m Michelle — founder of Freedom Virtuals and your behind‑the‑scenes partner in keeping your business running smoothly. I specialize in helping service‑based businesses stay organized, profitable, and confident in their numbers.

My approach is simple:

Clear communication
Reliable support
Systems that make your life easier
A partnership built on trust

I believe you shouldn’t have to do everything alone. With the right support, your business can grow without the stress.

What Our Client's Say

"Working with Michelle is an amazing experience. My husband has a painting business that he took over and doesn't really know too much about keeping books. She helped get everything organized. She is so thorough, helpful, and makes the whole process easy. We in fact, didn't just use her to help organize our books, we now have her do all of our bookkeeping. It allows us to focus on our business."
